Energy Works Michigan awarded seven $1,000 college scholarships to the following graduating high school seniors in Michigan with plans to attend college and pursue green and sustainable careers:

Marion Berger - Grosse Pointe South - Grosse Pointe Farms, MI
Rachel Crane - Houghton High School - Houghton, MI
Norman Jin - Notre Dame Preparatory School - Pontiac, MI
Heather Leach - Glen Lake High School - Maple City, MI
Jacob Lucia - North Branch High School - North Branch, MI
Mary Katharine O'Brien - Community High School - Ann Arbor, MI
Ryan Toussaint - Lahser High School - Bloomfield Hills, MI

The awards were presented at The Engineering Society of Detroit's Annual Dinner held June, 23, 2011 at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit.
